Private Latin Dance Lessons

Description

Sarah Valdes Dancesport offers private Ballroom and Latin dance lessons to people interested in learning the traditional or classical style of Dancesport dancing. However, "traditional" and "classical" should not be taken to mean "old-fashioned" or "boring." Quite the opposite in fact! If you've seen Dancing with the Stars, you've seen the traditional classics at some of their finest. It's quite modern, sexy, fun and a great workout.
Learning the classical style ensures that your dancing is built on a solid foundation of the fundamentals of movement, including isolations, weight transfers, leg action, rhythm, cuban motion, footwork and partnership. On this foundation you are taught to develop your own signature style, create your dance goals, and continue to hone your skills, becoming the dancer you have envisioned for yourself.
