How can we help ourselves and our clients slow down and re-connect with the deep sense of value, purpose, and integrity that we know are essential to effective leadership?

We know that when “soul” and “role” are aligned, courage and commitment to serve are revitalized. But how do we foster that in a secular professional context? Yarrow Durbin, program director of Washington Courage & Renewal will help us explore these questions in an interactive morning of reflection and dialogue based on the ideas of noted author and teacher Dr. Parker J. Palmer.
