Description

Understanding Personality/Communication Differences Improves Organizations in all Measures

Effective communication and leadership is valuable and desired in all organizations. However, before the organization can be strong and effective, each individual must be aware of the different communication/personality/learning styles of him/herself and of others throughout the organization.

The best leaders have this understanding about the preferences and differences in people that can be used to get the right people in the right positions at the right time for the organization to carry out its mission, improve upon its core competencies, and navigate the course of its strategic direction while setting and achieving goals.

In this workshop, you will learn about the various personality types, your preferred type, and the many implications of this knowledge including an environment of cooperation, personal growth, and attainment of organizational goals.

Leaders and managers will have the tools to carry out the optimum balance of Blake and Mouton’s Managerial Grid: A concern for tasks balanced by a concern for people.
