Thinking to Break the Box
In this module you will learn how to:
* Break old thought patterns that constrain creativity
* Use creative thinking techniques to reach innovative solutions
* Apply synergistic thinking to on-the-job problems
Length: 3 hours of classroom (or web conference) instruction followed by a series of web-based reinforcement tools.
Purpose of this module: To break old thinking patterns and develop innovative solutions to on-the-job problems. This module provides powerful techniques to stimulate innovative collaboration from team members, to unlock cr eative brainstorming, and to help you address challenging issues with fresh ideas.
