Description
This interactive one day workshop is based on the leadership book, First, Break All the Rules, by Marcus Buckingham and Curt Coffman. The day is built around the "four keys" to becoming an excellent manager. The overall concept, very simply, is helping people perform better on the job.
"The point is to focus people toward performance," they write. "The manager is, and should be, totally responsible for this." Specific company examples and role plays are an integral part of this session. Participants will leave this day with a better understanding of how they, through their management approach, specifically affect the company success.
