Course Description: This course is designed for ELD newcomer students who have completed the ELD Content B class or have tested at 80% proficiency on the Visions Diagnostic Test.

Content: This course focuses on text structure, paragraph writing, editing, and using context clues for understanding, possessive nouns and adjectives.

Language: Focus on present continuous verbs, adjectives, Latin and Greek roots, past perfect tense, adverbs, and the first 300 high frequency words.
