Baguazhang (Sec 1) emphasizes versatile stepping and powerful hand techniques within beautiful movements to escape enemy attacks. Students learn stepping patterns, form, applications and self-defense. Xingyiquan (Sec 2) employs direct, no-nonsense techniques in striking and stepping for combat. Students learn forms, applications conditioning, power-training, fighting drills and fighting tactics. All sections benefit health, self-defense and physical empowerment.

I took this class at the Experimental College by Professor Gancarz. We paintied using wax! The teacher also helped me with framing my art. I highly recommend this course to anyone.
