This Taiji form (Sec 1) was created based on theories in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Qigong/Neigong practice. It opens meridians, regulates qi, strengthens bone/tendon/muscle, and cultivates internal power. Push-Hand and applications are emphasized. (Sec 2) Teaches health cultivation and martial arts Qigong. It includes sitting/standing meditation and movement Qigong exercises. Curriculum is designed based on seasons, difficulty level and participants’ needs. Students learn under individualized and step-by-step guidance.

I took this class at the Experimental College by Professor Gancarz. We paintied using wax! The teacher also helped me with framing my art. I highly recommend this course to anyone.
