Description
This course uses a combination of lecture, hands-on practice, and independent exercises to familiarize students with the concepts of
Microsoft Project. The topics include creating and revising tasks, sequencing tasks using dependencies and constraints, revising a
schedule using a critical path, tracking progress, reporting variances, and manipulating project data. Resource management, costs, and
multiple projects are addressed in the Level 2 course.
