As a parent, have you noticed how the manual that came with your kids is missing a couple of chapters? In particular, that chapter about talking to kids about the birds and the bees?

That's where I come in - I fill in that missing chapter and help you become comfortable, savvy and great at talking to your kids about sexuality, love and relationships.

I do this work because I know how uncomfortable it can be to talk about this topic and through my work as a sexual health educator, I've seen the sometimes devistating affect of not having this information when it's needed.

My goal is to provide tips and tools for parents and other adults to help make these conversations fun, easy and actually happen.
