Description
I have two pianos in my home where I teach private students of all ages. Approaches depend on student interests but may include method books such as Faber & Faber Piano Adventures or Mary Gae George Artistry at the Piano as well as work with improvisation, basic jazz/blues, beginning composition. The exact direction will depend on the initial interview and interests expressed in the lessons.

Pricing Details
During "prime time" hours (3:30 and on) all students take weekly lessons and pay monthly (for 1/10th of a 10-month teaching year): $85 half-hour (very young beginners only), $125 45 min, and $165 one hour. During the day students may be in this schedule or come on an hourly basis at $50 an hour. I teach in West Seattle on Mondays and Thursdays.
