Mat Classes

Mat classes are 55 minutes in length and range from teaching basic skills to beginners, to fast paced workouts for experienced practitioners, and everything in between. Every class is based on the general level of the group.
Once the basic skills are learned you can begin to incorporate the mat work into your own routine between workouts. Mat can be done in small spaces in your home, at gyms, or dance studios. It is a great total body and joint warm up before athletic events!
