Description

This challenging 6 week series will take your mat exercises to a new level. Flat on one side and domed on the other, the unstable nature of the BOSUâ„¢ makes it an ideal tool for establishing and reinforcing balance, stability and proprioception while you gain core strength.

Stability Ball

SeriesSpherical instability meets gravity. Both traditional mat and equipment exercises will be integrated using the Stability Ball, enhancing strength and coordination while promoting a greater sense of balance.
