Description

Pilates Basics, Saturdays 9:30 am - this class is an ongoing drop in class focusing on the basic principles of the Pilates technique (Breathing, Pelvic Placement, Scapular Movement & Stabilization, Rib Cage Placement, and Head & Cervical Placement). Take this class until you feel confident with the fundamentals and then you'll be ready for Mat Level I. This class is also ideal for anyone who needs a refresher class.

Mat Level I , Saturdays 8:30 am - The next step in your understanding of Pilates. this class will take you beyond the fundamentals as you begin to explore the extent of balance and strength within your core. Routine development will become more graceful and natural as you find yourself performing with greater confidence and knowledge while increasing muscle tone and flexibility.
