Okay, I'll admit it - I'm a real Pilates fan and a true fan of Pilates Seattle International. I've been taking semi private lessons since 2003 from just about every instructor at PSI. In addition to careful personalized instruction, I've had the benefit of seeing one of their on-site Physical Therapists (Dan) who was great and who was able to alert my teachers to my specific condition. My regular workout helps me manage a full-time job and a full-time three year old with strength, flexibility and a growing modicum of grace.
