Description
We have a beautiful, colorful, fully equipped pilates studio and wonderful certified pilates instructors. We firmly believe that with its stretching and strengthening qualities, pilates truly can benefit anyone, regardless of size, shape, age, or level of fitness. Whether you are the supple, fit athlete, or a little old wizen grandpa, we can help you become more, flexible, strong, and pain-free.
Schedule
The teacher is available during these hours to schedule a session:
- Sun 1:00p.m.-2:00p.m.,
- Mon 11:00a.m.-12:00p.m.
Pricing Details
1 hour private session: $55.00; Pilates Specials, 5 private sessions for $250 ($50 per session); Duet session (one instructor and two clients): $70 (Must have a minimum of 10 private sessions first); Two private sessions and a one hour massage for only $120
