Pilates mat exercises will help you stay fit, aligned and relaxed. They alleviate lower back pain and leave you invigorated yet calm. The Pilates mat exercises strengthen, stretch and lengthen your muscles with an emphasis on body alignment, shaping your body beautifully and helping prevent future injury. Carla wrote her MA thesis on Pilates; her vast range of experience in teaching these and other movement disciplines (Dance, Yoga, Psychocallistenics) will target your needs. Bring a mat.
