    Review of Pole Dance Classes , September 10, 2008

    I take classes at Pole Dance Fitness in Grants Pass Oregon. It is a very good workout that covers cardio and muscle toning, and is so much fun that it's not a drag to go work out! The instructors are great and the women are all supportive of each other. I can't believe I found something I enjoy this much and is doing me lots of good at the same time! They have a my space page that shows more pictures and info if anyone wants to check them out! Can't wait for the next class!
