    This is a wonderful adventure and a fun way to cross train for other sports, all the while having a rich environment of supportive coaching/teaching. The group dynamic is warm and inviting, clearly a place for women to feel good about themselves.

Pole Intros are sold in 4 week sessions. Classes meet for an hour and 45 minutes each week.
The 4 week sessions are summer time sessions. Cost for the 4 week session is $150(plus tax)..

*Once you have completed the Pole Intro session you will be able to attend Pole Dance 101 drop in classes.
