NetSpeed Leadership provides the following module to help individuals at any level within an organization improve their skills in managing their own career path, with tools to help them identify their greatest strengths and skills:

Connecting with Your Career

In this module you will learn how to:

* Recognize and communicate your strengths and skills
* Identify your work preferences
* Develop and maintain a professional network
* Elicit feedback and suggestions to shape your professional development

Length: 3 hours of classroom (or web conference) instruction followed by a series of web-based reinforcement tools.

Purpose of this module: To help you recognize your individual strengths, skills, and unique way of contributing. To help you connect with others using proven networking techniques to create strong professional relationships.
