NetSpeed Leadership provides the following module to give managers and professional staff the ability to effectively manage ad hoc projects from start to completion:
Managing Projects by Design
In this module you will learn how to:
* Develop clear objectives before starting a project
* Prepare and implement a project plan
* Monitor and deal with changes in the project plan
* Improve your effectiveness as a project manager
Length: 3 hours of classroom (or web conference) instruction followed by a series of web-based reinforcement tools.
Purpose of this module: To develop your skills as a project manager. This module is valuable for anyone who manages projects that involve decision variables and interdependencies, particularly in an environment where last minute and unexpected changes are commonplace.
