In this module you will learn how to:

* Explain the cycle of change and its impact on people in the workplace
* Map a cycle of change from your past
* Map an anticipated change and prepare to respond with resilience

Length: 3 hours of classroom (or web conference) instruction followed by a series of web-based reinforcement tools

Purpose of this module: To meet change with greater resilience. Learn how to anticipate change and respond proactively; Develop the skills to manage your employees. coping and response strategies during periods of change.
