NetSpeed Leadership provides the following module to help managers and employees communicate clearly, effectively and persuasively in their written business communications:
Writing for High-Speed Readers
In this module you will learn how to:
* Use strategies to help readers respond quickly and easily
* Organize information to meet the needs of high-speed readers
* Use tools to produce effective quick-read documents
Length: 3 hours of classroom (or web conference) instruction followed by a series of web-based reinforcement tools.
Purpose of this module: To produce documents that are easy for high-speed readers to scan, understand, and act on quickly and efficiently. In the era of the Internet and email, most employees receive far more information than ever before. This module gives concrete techniques for how to make sure your email and other written communications stand out, are understood and get the timely response you need.
