Description

The continuing Tai Chi/Qi Gong classes are organized seasonally. Each class is a 6-week session.
Spring energy healing class
Summer energy healing class
Fall energy healing class
Winter energy healing class

Once the student has gained the actual experience of Qi, through the beginner’s class, the continuing class takes the student to the next level.
In the continuing class, the student will learn:
* The energy characteristic of each season.
* Each season has an effect upon our organ systems in different ways.
* The function of the organ systems according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and how we can nourish the organ systems.
* Eating for healing is one of TCM’s ancient tried-and-true techniques. Learn the energy essence of the food that benefits the organ systems.
* Taste the samples of delicious healing food of the season.
* Learn self-care acupuncture points of the season to promote the energy.
* Learn how to bring the body into balance & harmony for stress management.
