Qigong Workshops

Description

For over 2000 years, Chinese Medicine has sought methods to prevent disease and provide treatment. One of these methods focuses on the healing aspect of Qigong as therapy. This is a full body treatment utilizing three effective healing methods: strengthening the yang (immune system), increasing circulation of Qi and Blood, and releasing the seven emotions. This workshop will also feature a popular self-healing Qigong method, XIXiHu, utlizing breath and movement.
