This class covers green residential building, remodeling, different building materials, new methods, green certifications, and why green is important to every buyer, seller and remodeler. Local case studies of green homes will be incorporated to illustrate concepts covered in class. Instructor is a Built Green Professional: Real Estate and the first EcoBroker in Washington State.
