Description
Learn eight simple skills to keep your relationship juicy and healthy. You will learn ways to be an ally to your partner and go deeper in your connection. Couples will also practice conflict prevention (not conflict avoidance) and conflict resolution processes. This class welcomes couples of all ages and sexual preferences as well as singles who are interested in developing communication skills for intimate relationships. Sandra Jo has taught this class for ten years and gets rave evaluations.
