Description
Want to learn to play the sax? I'm a professional musician offering private saxophone lessons to anyone who wants to learn. I specialize in jazz, funk and Latin Jazz, but can teach any style, including pop, rock and classical. I can also teach to any level, from beginners to more experienced sax players.
I also teach music theory and composition.
A little about me:
My name is Simon, and I have played the sax professionally for 10 years. I've studied in Europe and the United States, and have played with bands all over the world. I have been teaching private sax lessons for five years.
I got a scholarship to Berklee College of Music in Boston based on performing on the sax, but changed my major to jazz composition and graduated in 2005. Before going back to Berklee for my second degree, this one in music synthesis, I composed music for groups including The Swiss Jazz Orchestra, radio and tv.
I have a car and can travel anywhere in Greater Seattle, or you can come to my apartment in Ballard (I have an office in the apartment).

Pricing Details
$45 per hour-long lesson, $35 for a half hour. If the lesson involves a long commute on my part, the price will change somewhat.
