Evening Class will be at 5:30pm-08:30pm MW Rm2717 SecY1.
This laboratory will present the theory of High Performance Liquid Chromatography as well as practical experience using the instrumentation. Students will receive hands on training setting up and trouble shooting an HPLC, preparing protein samples for analysis, data collection and analysis of results. Prerequisite: Biosc 250/251, Biosc 275, or instructor permission.
