Description

In this intensive 2-day lighting course for film and video, we will cover the building blocks of lighting theory and practice. From color theory to power sources & distribution and everything in between, this workshop will give you what you need to light your project well, regardless of your budget. We will cover lighting instruments from HMI's to hardware store clip lights, set procedure and crewing, cheap lighting control and modification devices, and lighting setups from basic 3-point to more complicated scenes involving multiple subjects and camera movement. By the end of the class you will be able to more easily identify and fulfill your lighting needs for most any situation.
