Description
Exploring wine regions and wines from all around the globe emphasizing seasonal varieties. New and old world wines tasted.Discussion and presentation of appellations, wine regions and viticulture food pairings and tasting with cheese. A new tasting glass and wine for each class included in the lab fee.
Great follow-up to Introduction to Wine! Materials fee: $40 payable to instructor first class. Wednesdays, 6:00PM - 8:00PM.
