Do you love Southern Italian food and wine? Would you like to know how to cook the foods and pair them with their perfect wines? Enjoy a variety of dishes famous in areas such as Calabria, Campania, Apulia, Sicily. And while you’re cooking, and eating, learn with Sommelier David LeClaire and sip on the fun wines of the region such as Calabresé, Nero D’Avola, and Negromaro! This hands-on interactive class promises to be a delicious evening of fun and discovery. Here’s your chance to become an expert on the wine and food of the heel and boot!
