Different soundboard materials and bracing patterns will be shown and discussed. Demo soundboards will be available for brace carving practice (or bring your own!).

I am a full-time professional luthier, making acoustic guitars to order and teaching classes in different areas of lutherie (the construction of stringed instruments). My partner at Sound Guitar Workshop is Cat Fox (www.Catfox.com), also an experienced, professional. Cat primarily does repairs and restorations on a variety of fretted instruments. We both teach classes.
