Hi, I'm Kat Allen, director of a small, neighborhood studio called The Four Aims Center. We are a multi-faceted resource for personal, spiritual and relational development, specializing in Integrative Psychotherapy, yoga & meditation and Transformational Investing Our intention is to offer support, connection, and education in building and sustaining healthy, balanced lives. We are interested in sharing wisdom teachings, sound counsel, and means of creative living that promote authentic interaction, growth and collaboration for individuals and their diverse families. Our West Seattle center houses the classes, workshops and special events that reflect the framework of the "Four Aims of Life,” as well as the private practices of co-directors Kat Allen (Integrative Body Psychotherapy and Yoga Therapy) and Justin Harris (Financial Advisor).

We are committed to providing a safe and supportive setting in which clients can explore a wide range of issues—emotional, interpersonal, energetic, or spiritual—that arise when facing life’s edges. We integrate knowledge from the world’s spiritual traditions with the West’s psychological, somatic and technological innovations. Using a holistic approach to counseling, we encourage attention to nutrition, physical fitness, and spiritual development as important aspects of an individual's total health. The counseling and coaching provided in our center is unique and respects the specific growth and healing process of each individual, paying particular attention to working collaboratively with clients.
