Viniyoga Flow- Friday Evenings

Subject: Yoga

An all levels class that links viniyoga postures together in a flowing style. Great for mobilizing energy in the body and focusing the mind. 3 months yoga experience recommended.

Every Friday 6:30-7:45pm

About the Instructor- Suzanne Stephens is a certified Yoga Alliance instructor, trained in the Viniyoga tradition by Tracy Weber. She emphasizes the use of breath and movement as a means of empowering each individual to be the best they can be in & out of the studio. Her enthusiasm is contagious.
