Description

Our lives are busy with family and work so it's difficult to find time to attend a yoga class. Doing yoga 15 minutes everyday will help you sleep better, reduce stress, have more energy and be more focused.

Christine will develop a practice for you, with easy to follow instructions, that meets your needs, whether it be an early morning practice to prepare for your day, or an evening practice to wind down and prepare for sleep. Your practice might include: asana (postures), pranayama (breathing), and reflection. No matter what your physical condition might be you will grow at your own pace.

Get started with a private session and begin to enjoy the benefits of a daily yoga practice!
