Teen Environmental Action Mentorship (TEAM) is a year-round paid environmental education internship and leadership program for Bay Area high school youth. Through TEAM, participants discover their inner strength as leaders, their ability to influence others, and the importance of diversity, community and hands-on learning. TEAM interns gain first-hand knowledge about the field of environmental education through one-on-one mentorships with our professional educators, and by leading interactive activities with our elementary school participants.
