  Thanks a lot Beth for lending out your studio for our Free Yoga Workshop last week. Like I've mentioned before, Beth and the folks at 5Focus are awesome. And to top it all off, they have a great space with pretty much everything you need when you think of wellness. Definitely check out 5Focus if you're in the South Lake Union area.
