  Douglas is a skilled, thoughtful, welcoming teacher. His verbal cues are clear and he stays tuned in to his students, offering adjustments, modifications, and encouragement appropriate to each person's abilities. His classes are always interesting and intelligently structured. I am very picky about my yoga teachers and Douglas is one of the best I've practiced with in Seattle.
  8 Limbs Capitol Hill is a lovely and user-friendly environment... if you time it right you can watch the sun set from the larger studio. I recommend their intro series for beginners.
