  I was nervous for my first guitar lesson with Aaron because I had been self-taught for two years and knew that his experience and talent far outweighed mine. Yet, his grace and compassion for teaching was evident from the moment he handed me his business card. This spectacular presence has continued to blow me away each week. After returning home from our first lesson, I felt I had grown more with Aaron in 45 minutes than I had in all the years I'd been plucking away combined.
  His knowledge is vast and his patience in conveying it is unmatched by all but my favorite teachers growing up. Professional, composed, and genuine - Aaron Walters is the perfect match for any student regardless of age, gender, or experience.

  My step son Austin too lessons from Aaron a number of months. Aaron is very professional and really patient with younger students. Austin loves playing guitar and feels Aaron is truly one of his inspirations for continuing with music. I'd recommend Aaron too any one of any age...he's a great guitarist and a wonderful teacher.

  I am an experienced player that decided it would probably be best if my child took lessons from someone else; I have not regretted my decision once! My son has taken lessons with Aaron for almost a year and his development has been astounding. Every week he looks forward to his lesson, comes home excited about what he has learned and prepared with a lesson plan to keep him busy learning all week. Aaron has a rare combination of excellence/experience in theory, writing and performance and is extremely patient and encouraging with his students. He also has a great sense of humor and is able to keep things fun and exciting, which is important for keeping any student of any age or experience level interested and aspiring for greatness. Bottom line, he is a complete musician and has an extremely rare skill set which allows him to provide a complete learning experience for all of his students. Highly, highly recommended!

  Aaron is a hybrid of rock star and theory geek - a combination which makes him a unique and awesome teacher. This laid-back academic can work with a myriad of ages and abilities. I've eavesdropped on a number of his lessons and have seen him encourage the roughest of beginners with a presence that keeps the process fresh. If you know a little one just starting out, or haven't picked up your own guitar in years, this teacher can inspire you to play and enjoy the music you create.
