  Abdullah knows his stuff when it comes to P90X. He is a quality trainer, and he lives up to the hype. He is dedicated and passionate about what he does, and he really does help you become that person you want to be. I recommend Abdullah to every single person looking for a trainer. He doesn't disappoint.

  Abdullah's amazing energy, dedication towards his goals, and knowledge about the P90X work-out routine, made me hire him as a personal trainer. The results have been way above my expectations. Within 1 month I can see a clear difference in my energy levels, body toning and stamina, and I am excited that I still have 2 more months to go in the routine.

  Abdullah has managed to create a P90X revolution within the K/W area and it has made me realize how much difference a single person can make when they commit to something. I highly recommend Abdullah to anyone who wants to get fit fast and is willing to work for
