I am a life-long "plant nut", botanical-nerd type turned professional gardener at 13 and have continued to study, learn, teach and revel in gardening for 40+ years. I am fluent with sustainable concepts and Permaculture design and am a passionate advocate for the living soil biology: Soil Foodweb. My ground of being is composting: hot 'n fast, cold, slow, lassagna layered, pit, or passive. Nature is my muse and observation of her is my best tool. I coach, teach courses, lecture for municipalities or small groups, and consult in your garden.
