  Allen definitely was great in highlighting the experiences he's had with Twitter and how people, businesses, and news organizations can utilize it to build their brands. I think the most interesting point he opened my eyes to was to connect your Twitter account with a brand personality. He stressed that businesses, especially, have to "make themselves more than just a transaction".

  From great anecdotes to just lessons learned, it was an overall great learning experience. Although I have a good idea of how to use Twitter, there were definitely some great tidbits that caught my hear and opened my eyes. Thanks for participating in the event again!
