I teach weekly classes at Seattle Central Community College on Capitol Hill, and workshops and private lessons in the Seattle area.

Bellydance is a powerful form of creative expression, a means to feeling more comfortable in your physical body, and a great workout.

My classes are suitable for women of all ages, shapes, and sizes. The gentle, low-impact dance form will stretch and strengthen you and at the same time encourage you to embrace your female power. It's fun and we laugh a lot as we learn.

"Intermediate Bellydance Explorations"

Amy does a fantastic job encouraging and supporting students. She is able to break down moves and explain them several different ways if a student is having trouble. As someone who has taken her intermediate class multiple times, I appreciate that she has a different theme each quarter but also asks students what they want the class to focus on. I would highly recommend her to any belly dance student!
