I am a professional trainer myself, but I hired Angelo because he seemed to have something I wanted. Angelo's techniques opened up a whole new world of fitness to me that I still remember and use today, ten years after first training with him. He knows how to take someone to the edge and beyond, but is attuned enough to know when to stop.
I recommend him.
