I am commited to teaching the love of art in music as well as the fundamentals. Lessons are taught in a positive,comfortable environment. Students can expect to learn theory, ear training, technique and sight reading as well as expanding their repertoire according to skill level. I have succsessfully prepared string students for auditions with the Seattle Youth Symphony, Tacoma Youth Symphony and Renton Youth Symphony. My voice students have won competitions through the Washington State solo/ensemble contests. Piano, string and voice students have competed in various competitions. I keep students updated throughout the year for additional musical opportunities. We have two recitals in a year. My degree is in Music with a Vocal Performance emphasis. I am a memeber of The National Association of Singing Teachers and The American Viola Society.
