For 18 years, Annika has trained as a martial artist in the Korean art of Kuk Sool Won. She is a 4-time World Grand Champion in 7 divisions including sparring, sword, staff, forms, techniques, breaking and self-defense.
Annika began teaching traditional martial arts in 1994 and in recent years has developed a revolutionary fitness program called "Jungshin" which combines the core of Buddhist Martial Arts practice wtih modern fitness conditioning and core training. Her expertise in kicking, weapons, core conditioning, and self-defense have inspired these unique fitness classes, personal training sessions, and professional fight scene choreography.
Annika Kahn brings a unique and radical fitness training program to individuals, small groups, and corporations (team building training) to residents and companies throughout the Bay Area. Trained as a competitive athlete all her life. Her fitness system is designed to burn calories, strengthen joints and tendons, heal knees, strengthen backs, sexify legs and abs, and bring you completely into the present moment as you train.
