Exhale! Yoga Flow--To breathe is essential it is what gives us life! In class we will explore sections of the Primary Series in the Ashtanga system thereby building strength, stamina and flexibility. Come prepared to sweat, smile and shine (laughter is encouraged as well) Yoga Nidra will follow.
