Our school offers strict Bikram method yoga classes in our nearly 1300sf yoga room. With our 11.5 foot ceilings, ceiling fans, and a custom heating and humidification system, we can deliver the most comfortable heated room possible. Remember, Bikram Yoga is Hot Yoga! The heated environment offers a safe place for your practice.

We also provide clean, spacious rooms for changing and showering. Our private restroom facilities are located off the main hallway, easily accessable from both the yoga room and locker rooms.

We also hope you enjoy our retail area found in the front of the space. There you will find clothing, books, and items related to yoga, holistic and natural health.
