Review of BILL M WARD, May 05, 2009
Bill really has an in-depth knowledge of fly fishing. Every year I wait too long and need a brush-up lesson before I head out on my once a year fly fishing trip. Bill was referred to me by Chris at the California Fly shop, he recommended him very highly, so I gave him a call. He was extremely professional, explained the material completely and left me with a clear idea of what a good cast should like, feel like and how to practice. I will call him when I get back and schedule a few more lessons as I would like to try Spey casting in the future.

Review of BILL M WARD, May 05, 2009
was interested in private lessons and wandered over the fly casting ponds in Golden Gate Park, I asked about lessons and it was unanimous call Bill Ward. Evidently Bill was president of the club for many years. One of the old-timers looked up his phone number for me and I called. I have seen and fished with many good casters but this guy is great! He is also a super certified instructor he was able to correct many of my casting problems in just three lessons. He also taught my wife {she is now a better caster than I am}. If you want casting lessons Bill Ward is you guy!
